By booking, purchasing, or receiving services at Brazilicious®, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time are non-refundable and not eligible for credit or rescheduling. This policy applies under all circumstances, including illness, travel issues, or COVID-19, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Any additional changes or late reschedules will be treated as a cancellation and will result in forfeiture of the session.
No Refund Policy
All services, packages, memberships, and products are final sale. Brazilicious® does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Promotions & Deals Policy
All promotions, discounted services, and special offers are final sale, non-transferable, and cannot be modified, rescheduled, or refunded once booked.
New Client Deposit Policy
All first-time clients are required to prepay 100% of the service fee at least 24 hours prior to their appointment to secure their booking.
Late Arrival Policy
A grace period of up to 5 minutes is permitted. After 5 minutes, your session time will be shortened to accommodate the schedule. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and subject to full forfeiture of the session.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in full forfeiture of the session. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Gift Cards
Appointments are required to redeem gift cards and must be scheduled via text at 407-809-8040. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within 6 months of the purchase date. Expired gift cards will not be honored.
Communication & Marketing Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Brazilicious® and Brazilian Beauty Formula via email, phone calls, and text messages, including promotional content. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.

Spa Etiquette
Cell phone usage is permitted; however, all devices must be kept on silent mode to maintain a peaceful environment for all clients.
Facility Policy
Brazilicious®️ is a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind, including vaping and marijuana, is strictly prohibited on the premises. Firearms and weapons of any kind are not permitted on the property.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
By entering Brazilicious® premises or participating in any service, event, or experience, you grant Brazilicious®, its owners, affiliates, and representatives the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, and record you.
You authorize Brazilicious® to use your image, likeness, voice, and any recorded content for marketing, advertising, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes across all platforms, including but not limited to social media, website, press, and digital or print materials, without compensation.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of such materials and release Brazilicious® from any liability related to the use of your likeness.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify our team in writing prior to your appointment.
