Cancellation Policy
If canceling your appointment with less than 24h before your session, you will not get be eligible for a refund or given a credit for a future massage. This policy will apply regardless of COVID-19, subject to local consumer law.

New-Client Deposit Policy
All first time clients must pay for their services in advance (24h prior the appointment).
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving up to 5 minutes late will be permitted. After 5 minutes, the session will be reduced according to the time remaining.
No Show Policy
Brazilicious® does not offer refunds for No Show appointments.
Gift Cards
Schedule by texting 407-809-8040 . Appointment is required before using any Brazilicious gift card. Gift Card’s must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date.
