Cancellation Policy

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24h or less prior to your appointment, the full amount of your session will still be charged. Please give us at least a 24h notice.

Online classes are 100% non refundable 

In person classes requires a deposit that is not refundable

New-Client Deposit Policy 

All first time clients must pay for their services in advance. 

Late Arrival Policy 

Arriving up to 5 minutes late will be permitted. After 5 minutes, the session will be reduced according to the time remaining. 

No Show Policy

Brazilicious® does not offer refunds for No Show appointments. 

Gift Cards

Schedule by texting 512-665-7189 (Round Rock Location) and 407-437-4771 (Downtown Austin Location). Appointment is required before using any Brazilicious gift card. Gift Card's must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date.
